The agentic phone system.

Give the AI product you're building a phone line. Fincall runs the numbers, voice agents, live transcripts and a softphone you can embed. Drive it from your own software with the REST API and webhooks, or from Claude with the MCP server.

Sorry to hear that, Jane. I can get someone out tomorrow at 9am. Does that suit?
Perfect, thank you!

Build phone agents by talking to Claude.

Fincall has an MCP server. Add it to Claude Code, or to Claude as a custom connector, then ask for what you need: a number, an agent, a test call, a summary of yesterday's calls.

  1. Create an account. Sign up and make an API key.
  2. Run the command. Fincall's tools appear in Claude.
  3. Ask. Claude finds the number, writes the agent and routes the calls.
claude mcp add --transport http fincall \
  https://fincall/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer fc_live_…"
Make a support line for my app on a Melbourne number. Look customers up through my MCP server at mcp.yourapp.com and transfer anything urgent to 0400 111 222.
✓ search_numbers ✓ buy_number ✓ create_agent ✓ assign_number
Done. Your support agent is live on 03 5213 3262. It looks callers up through your MCP server and transfers urgent calls to 0400 111 222. Each finished call posts the transcript and summary to your webhook.

What you can build on it.

Numbers, agents and people share one phone system, and your code can start, watch and read every call.

A phone number for your product.

Point a number at an agent. It answers on the first ring, calls your tools while the caller is on the line, and transfers to a person when it should.

  • Your system prompt, greeting and voice
  • Your MCP servers and HTTP tools, called mid-call
  • Context fetched from your app before the agent says hello
  • Keyterms so product and place names transcribe correctly

  3. Payment link sent by your app

From sign-up to a live number in an afternoon.

Build the agent first, then put it on a real number and ring it.

  1. 1

Sign up and make a key

Create an account, then make an API key for your code or connect Claude to the MCP server.

  2. 2

    Build the agent

Write the prompt and attach your tools from Claude, the API or the dashboard. Test it from the browser softphone.

  3. 3

    Put it on a number

Search Australian numbers, buy one and route it to the agent. Then tune the prompt from real transcripts.

Everything a phone system does. Plus a brain.

Bring your own MCP servers.

Give an agent the MCP servers you've already built, or plain HTTP tools, and it calls them mid-call. Your database, your billing system, your bookings: whatever your product already talks to.

A softphone in your own software.

One script tag puts the softphone inside your app, with click-to-call on any number. Your backend mints the embed token, and the REST API and signed webhooks cover numbers, agents, users and every call event.

Pay for what your agents use.

Per-number and per-minute rates with no lock-in, whether you're testing one agent or running thousands of calls a day.

  • Australian local numbers
  • AI agents, transcription and softphones included
  • Recordings, summaries and webhooks on every call
  • The REST API, MCP server and embed at no extra cost

Questions, answered.

Who is Fincall for?

People building AI products that need to make or take phone calls: developers, startups and teams adding a voice channel to software they already run. You get the phone system without building telephony, speech and transcription yourself.

What happens after I sign up?

You can build agents, make API keys and try the embedded softphone straight away. Your account starts pending, and numbers, outbound calls and softphone calling switch on once we've activated it.

How do I connect Claude?

Run claude mcp add --transport http fincall …/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer fc_live_…" and Fincall's tools appear in Claude Code. In Claude, add the same /mcp URL as a custom connector and sign in to your Fincall account.

Can my agents use my own MCP servers?

Yes. Give an agent a list of MCP servers (URL plus optional token) and it calls their tools mid-call through Claude's MCP connector. HTTP tools work too.

How do webhooks work?

Set one webhook URL for your account. Every call event is posted to it with an X-Fincall-Signature header, an HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp and body using your webhook secret, so you can check it came from Fincall.

Can I use a number I already have?

Yes. Forward it to a Fincall number, or use the Fincall number directly and move your existing number over later.

What does the AI agent sound like?

A natural Australian voice that speaks in short, conversational sentences. Call 03 5213 3261 to hear it.

Can callers still reach a real person?

Yes. The agent transfers to a person whenever the caller asks or the situation needs it. You can also ring people first and keep the agent as backup.

Where do recordings and transcripts go?

Each call is recorded, transcribed and summarised. Everything is available from the API and the dashboard and goes to your webhook. Recordings are kept in private storage, separated per account.

Who bills me?

Fincall is built by Chesterman Technologies. Your Fincall account is also a Kiewa account, Chesterman's customer and billing system, which handles invoices and support. If you're already a Kiewa customer, you can add Fincall to your plan.

Hear it for yourself.

Our demo agent is answering right now. The agents you build run on the same stack.
